Light the first candle
“Let my prayer rise like incense before you.”
A candle keeps your intention burning here for a week or a month — a quiet sign that you have placed it in God’s hands and asked the parish to pray with you.
- Light one for someone who is sick, for a loved one who has died, in thanksgiving, or for peace.
- Other parishioners can add their prayers to yours.
- No account needed — your name is optional.
