Privacy Policy
Plain language, because trust matters more than legalese. For the fuller picture of how we protect parish data, see our Trust Center.
Who this covers
This policy covers nave.live — our marketing site and the demo-request form. Each parish's own site and back office is governed by the agreement with that parish; parish data is isolated per parish and never shared between parishes.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect what you give us: your name, email, parish or diocese, role, community size, and any message. We don't run third-party ad trackers on this site.
How we use it
Only to respond to you about Nave — to set up a walkthrough and follow up. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we don't share it except with the service providers that help us operate (for example, email and hosting), who are bound to protect it.
How it's stored
Submissions are stored securely with row-level access controls, readable only by the Nave team. We keep them only as long as needed to follow up, and remove them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have, correct it, or delete it at any time — just email hello@nave.live. There's no account to manage and nothing automated to unsubscribe from; we only reach out about the demo you requested.
Parish & parishioner data
Information parishes and parishioners enter into a live Nave site (registrations, prayer intentions, bookings, and so on) belongs to that parish. It is isolated per parish at the database level, never sold, and handled under the parish's agreement with Nave.
