Your privacy

Your information, in good hands

How St. Mary Parish cares for the information you share — in plain language.

What we collect

Only what the parish needs to serve you: the details you give when you register, request a Mass intention, RSVP to an event, share a prayer, or make a gift. We don't run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To care for you and run the life of the parish — to welcome you, keep you informed, and respond to what you ask for. That's all.

Never sold

Your information is never sold, rented, or used for advertising, and it is never shared with another parish. It stays within St. Mary Parish.

Kept secure

Your records are kept for St. Mary Parish alone, isolated from every other parish and protected with encryption and strict access controls, so only authorized parish staff can see them.

About translation

So everyone is welcomed in their own language, the parish's public pages are translated automatically. This uses the parish's own content only — it is never used to train AI, and your private information is not read to do it.

Children's information

We treat information about minors with special care and the tightest access. Faith-formation and safe-environment records are restricted to the staff responsible for them.

Your choices

You can ask what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Signed-in parishioners can update their own details anytime in their portal; otherwise just contact the parish office.
